Turn off “Help improve the product”

On the Free and Pro plans, board content may be anonymized and used to improve suggestions (the “Help improve the product” setting in account settings). We never sell content to third parties. On Team plans and above it is off by default.

  1. 1Open account settings from the menu at the bottom left (inside ☰ on narrow screens).
  2. 2Under “How your data is used”, set “Help improve the product” to “Don't use it”.
  3. 3When off, board content is no longer used to improve suggestions. You can turn it back on any time.

Caution

Some things do not stop when you turn this off. Usage signals — which screens are opened, how often a tool is called — are handled separately from content and are not covered by this setting. If you would rather be left out of the analysis to improve the Service, write to us through the contact page (the records kept for providing the Service and preventing abuse do not stop).
