The board never limits what you plan.
Milestones, moves, decisions, and everything Claude reads or writes are unlimited on every plan — the monthly total is never metered. All plans share three safety limits: requests are briefly slowed when they arrive too fast in a short burst, a single reply that would be too large is refused with a smaller way to read it, and a single write carrying too many tasks at once is refused with a smaller way to write it. You pay for how many boards you keep and whether anyone else works in them.

We never meter the monthly total — there is no cap on how many tasks, decisions, or Claude reads and writes you accumulate over time. Billing questions
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes. Once paid plans open, cancelling will keep you on the paid plan until the date you have already paid for, and then drop you to Free. The board and its history stay exactly as they are; only the extra boards become read-only. The Terms of Service set out what happens when you stop.
Can I take my data out?
Yes, on every plan including Free. One click exports the whole board as JSON — moves, reasons, reverse conditions, decisions, archive, and sources.
How do I pay?
Card. Once paid plans open, payment and card changes will happen on the payment provider's pages, not here, and you will come back when it is done.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Once paid plans open, every charge will produce a PDF invoice you can download from the billing history, with your company name and tax details if you enter them.
