Cancel your paid plan, or keep it

You can cancel yourself from the Billing screen. After cancelling, you keep your current plan until the end of the period you have paid for.

1. 1Open “Billing” from the menu at the bottom left and press “Cancel subscription”.
2. 2Read what happens after cancelling. Once the period ends you return to the Free plan: every board except the one you choose (or, if you do not choose, the one you last wrote to) becomes read-only, and your AI cannot write to them either. Your boards are not deleted.
3. 3Choose the board you want to keep writing to, tick “I have read the above”, and press “Cancel my subscription”.
4. 4After we accept the cancellation we ask one question about why you are leaving. Your cancellation is already done whether or not you answer.
5. 5Until the period ends, you can change the board you will keep writing to on the Billing screen as often as you like. Press “Keep my plan” to stay on your current plan (nothing is charged right away; it renews on the next renewal date).
